Kelly Sylar President Born in Van Nuys, California during the month of August, Kelly is a strong individual who developed through the many challenges of life. At the age of six, Kelly and her mother left loved ones behind and ventured to Houston, Texas in order to find a “better life”. Through her upbringing she learned to give of herself and teach others to do the same. Kelly's dogs were always a big part of her life. Kelly enjoyed spending time with her dogs and she loved being around people. She decided at a young age she wanted to make a difference by helping others to grow and prosper. Teaching was always a passion and she learned quickly how to inspire others to follow their dreams. Upon becoming a young adult, Kelly had a dream. In order to help others she must first start a company that she would make a success. By her ambition of following her own dreams, others would learn by her actions and not her words. Kelly decided she must learn by doing and has over 16 years experience in business management along with extensive experience in management of new start-up companies. She specializes in start-up management of new multi-family real estate properties as well as participating in the sale of these communities, which includes making the final decisions for management and operations, coordinating daily events, sales, marketing, training, interviewing, budgeting, predicting financial forecasts, and customer relations. Her knowledge of income statements, AR/AP, planning and maintaining a budget, purchasing, advertising and sales, administration cost and the employment of over 100 people has given her the experience she needed to run her own business. She was the main contractor contact for all internal and external structural repairs and was able to maintain eleven multi-million dollar operations of over 3,000 units. Her well-developed history with building lasting relationships in the sales force has proven to be outstanding. For the past ten years Kelly has planned the company direction while learning the pet industry. Now her knowledge and experiance in the pet industry has proven to be a value. After working closely with the University Of Houston Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Administration, and Accion’ Texas, she has been able to acquire and deliver multiple purchase orders to distribution companies within the pet industry. With the help of her partners, Kelly has successfully changed the image of the pet industry. Kelly developed "Bun-Gee Pup-EE"TM into a “1st step training tool” and the product is now recommended by several dog trainers through-out the world including Europe, South Africa, Canada, and the USA. This is one example of what Kelly can produce through her creative desire to make Spider Vision, Inc. a success. Being with her dogs all day is just a bonus!
