Lawrence Kokonis V. P. of Manufacturing Lawrence is responsible for setting up the current manufacturing facility, training all departments on assembly line, meets daily on status of manufacturing, is the main contact with vendors, research of new vendors, and acts as a liaison between manufacturing facility in order to control logistics. Mr. Kokonis is in charge of quality control and assuring the product is packaged properly. He will also participate in the future development of new products and product improvement of current products. Daily communication with operations will be essential for the company’s success. Mr. Kokonis currently works full time manufacturing the Bun-Gee Pup-EE products. He is the main contact person for the several vendors that supply all materials needed. He has established good working relationships in order to ensure materials are stocked and ready to ship when needed. The research of current cost of goods to determine the best price for the quality of materials is one of the many tasks performed. Logistics is completed in-house by Mr. Kokonis and outside companies are hired for international customers. Current local accounts are visited by Mr. Kokonis and restocked according to their needs.
